To consider the report of the Director of Environment outlining progress on transport schemes within the 2003/04 and 2004/05 Capital Programme that have been approved for implementation in the Eastleigh area.

14. DATE, TIME AND VENUE FOR THE NEXT MEETING OF THE PANEL
The next meeting of the Panel will be held on Friday 15 October 2004, at 10.00 am, in the Committee Room at Eastleigh Borough Council.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Orders 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
