15. DATE, TIME AND VENUE FOR NEXT MEETING OF THE PANEL
The next meeting of the Test Valley Highway and Transport Advisory Panel will be held on Tuesday 12 October 2004 at 10.00 a.m. in Conference Room 1, Beech Hurst, Test Valley Borough Council.
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
