1 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

6 SOUTH HAMPSHIRE RAPID TRANSIT 1 - PROGRESS REPORT
To consider the confidential report of the Director of Environment and the City Engineer, Portsmouth City Council setting out the recent progress towards establishing a revised funding agreement with Government which is judged sufficient to deliver the commercial bids received in March 2003
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee/sub-committee/panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the Chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
