RECOMMENDATION:

That, pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12(A) of the Local

Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from this meeting.

4. APPEAL AGAINST DISMISSAL

    To consider the appeal submitted by a member of staff against the decision to dismiss.

    The evidence submitted is as follows:

      (a) The Management Case (yellow paper)

      (b) The Appellant's Case (salmon paper)
