1. RESPONSE TO SEERA - REGIONAL MINERALS STRATEGY
(Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval to

    inform the South East England Regional Assembly of the County Council's views in respect of the final draft Regional Minerals Strategy.

2. RESPONSE TO SEERA - REGIONAL WASTE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY - PROPOSED ALTERATIONS (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval to inform the South East England Regional Assembly of the County Council's views in respect of proposed alterations to Regional Planning Guidance, South East - Regional Waste Management Strategy.

NB: Items 1 and 2 above will the subject of a joint decision with the Executive Member for Spatial Strategy.

3. OFF SITE HIGHWAY WORKS, FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS AND TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS - NORTH BASINGSTOKE ACTION PLAN, POPLEY (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the Chief Executive to conclude appropriate legal Agreements, and approval of Traffic Regulations Orders in respect of the North Basingstoke Action Plan, Popley.

4. PROJECT APPRAISAL: HAVANT QUALITY BUS PARTNERSHIP - BUS INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a Project Appraisal to carry out bus infrastructure improvements to the Havant area along Service 21 as part of the Havant Quality Bus Partnership.

5. PROJECT APPRAISAL: EASTLEIGH QUALITY BUS PARTNERSHIP - BUS INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a Project Appraisal to carry out bus infrastructure improvements to the Eastleigh area as part of the Eastleigh Quality Bus Partnership.
