1.1 The following decision is sought:

That Councillor A.R. Ludlow be appointed as the County Council's representative on the Board of Trustees for Andrews' Endowed C.E. Primary School, Holybourne, Alton for the remainder of the four-year period expiring at the annual meeting of the Council in May 2005. The previous representative was Canon R. Lindley, who has tendered his resignation.

1.2 The Local Member, Councillor A.R. Ludlow, has been consulted.

2. Reason

To ensure continued County Council representation on the School's Board of Trustees.
