To consider the report of the Director of Environment and the Director of Recreation and Heritage on a consultation document on "Unlocking the Potential of the Rural Urban Fringe" which has been jointly produced by the Countryside Agency and Groundwork.

To consider the report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the children's library which is part of the Gosport Discovery Centre.

RECOMMENDATION:

That by virtue of Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the remainder of the meeting.
