As indicated in the Constitution at Part 3: D Para 1.9 any Member can give notice to the Chief Executive that they wish a relevant item to be placed on the Agenda for the next available meeting of the Committee. On receipt of such a request the Chief Executive will ensure that the item is included on the Agenda.

That the report and timetable be noted.
