4. REVIEW OF PRIMARY SCHOOL PROVISION IN THE NORTH WEST FARNBOROUGH AREA (Report herewith)

To consider the decision of the Executive Member for Education following the call-in procedure being exercised in accordance with the Constitution. As the basis for discussion, the following documents are attached:-

(i) The decision reached by the Executive Member for Education on 13 May 2004.


(ii) The statement by the Executive Member for Education giving his reasons for reaching that decision.


(iii) The draft Minute of the Education Policy Review Committee on 11 May, relating to this item.


(iv) The original report by the County Education Officer.


(v) The statement of views received from Rushmoor Borough Council which was tabled at the 11 May meeting.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.

Appointed and co-opted members similarly qualify for payment of travelling expenses.
