To consider the report of the County Treasurer summarising and identifying changes made by the Local Government Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2004 which brought in the first phase of changes on 1 April, 2004. The report also summarises the second phase of more substantial changes to take effect on 1 April, 2005.

That, by virtue of paragraphs 7 and 9 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of items 11 to 16.
