Summary

1.1

The following decisions are sought:

That approval be given to the proposal to replace the CAC system with SAP at an estimated cost of £600,000 to be funded from the Capital Repairs budget.

To enable the replacement of the core financial legacy system (CAC) used in Property Services with SAP.

2.2

This decision supports Aim 5 of the Corporate Strategy - improving services by integrating financial management systems and procurement processes.
