1. Summary

1.1 The revised Agreed Syllabus, Living Difference, has been formally approved. In order to ensure its effective implementation certain arrangements are recommended:

      · A letter of information and recommendation from the chairman of the education committee

      · A launch day on 15 July

      · A press release

      · Information to governors through governor services newsletters.

    · Courses for teachers.

Recommendation

That SACRE supports the arrangements recommended for the implementation of the agreed syllabus.
