1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
All Members who believe they have a personal or a personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is discussed. 5. NEW AGREED SYLLABUS FOR RELIGIOUS EDUCATION

To consider a report of the County Education Officer on the proposed adoption of the new agreed syllabus "Living Difference" which has been the subject of detailed review by SACRE.
6. APPLEMORE TECHNOLOGY COLLEGE - PROPOSED CHANGE IN STATUS (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the County Education Officer on the proposal by the Governing Body of Applemore Technology College and Winchester Diocesan Board of Education to change the college's status from foundation to voluntary aided (Church of England) with effect from September 2005.
7. ADULT LEARNING THREE YEAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN : AUGUST 2003 - JULY 2006 (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the County Education Officer on the proposed Adult Learning Development Plan prior to its formal adoption by County Council on 22 July.

18. QUESTIONS TO THE EXECUTIVE MEMBER FOR EDUCATION
County Councillors attending as appointed members of this committee or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the chairman in connection with their duties as members of the Council or as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
Appointed and co-opted members similarly qualify for payment of travelling expenses.
