To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services on a building design project appraisal to provide three purpose built permanent classroom spaces, a staff room and a link corridor extension at this school.

8 LAKESIDE SCHOOL, CHANDLERS FORD - DESIGN PROJECT APPRAISAL (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services on a building design project appraisal to provide improved educational and residential facilities at this school.

9 NIGHTINGALE PRIMARY SCHOOL, EASTLEIGH - DESIGN PROJECT APPRAISAL (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services on a building design project appraisal for an extension to provide permanent classroom accommodation at this school.

To consider the report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services seeking approval to the installation of a "pilot" wood fired boiler plant at Queen Elizabeth Country Park.

To consider the confidential report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services seeking approval to declaring surplus to County Council requirements 0.44 hectares (1.07 acres) of land at Binfields Farm Lane, North Binfields with a proposal that the land be used to develop a doctors' surgery and pharmacy to serve the community needs of the Binfields area of Basingstoke.
