1. SOUTH HAMPSHIRE RAPID TRANSIT: A3 PORTSMOUTH-WATERLOOVILLE-HORNDEAN PUBLIC TRANSPORT PRIORITY CORRIDOR PROGRESS REPORT AND SECTION 3 WATERLOOVILLE TOWN CENTRE PROJECT APPRAISAL

To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing progress on the A3 project and seeking a recommendation of approval in respect of a Project Appraisal for Section 3 Waterlooville Town Centre.

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval to grant consent to Warsash Marine to modernise, extend and relocate its pontooning at Stone Pier Yard, subject to the conditions detailed in the report.

3. HAMBLE YACHT SERVICES LIMITED: EXTENSION TO WORKING BERTHS - STATUTORY DUTIES OF THE HARBOUR AUTHORITY (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval to grant consent to Hamble Yacht Services Limited to modernise, extend and relocate its pontooning at Port Hamble Marina, subject to the conditions detailed in the report.

4. CONSENTS: FISHERMAN'S JETTY - STATUTORY DUTIES OF THE HARBOUR AUTHORITY (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment requesting that authority be given to seek consents from Hampshire County Council's Regulatory Committee for the Fisherman's Jetty project at Warsash.

5. REVENUE BUDGET MONITORING 2004/05 (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment detailing the latest revenue budget monitoring position for the Environment services.

6. TRANSPORT CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2004/05 - PROGRESS AND PROGRAMME AMENDMENTS (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of the proposed revised Transport Capital Programme for 2004/05, the proposed Pedestrian Crossing Programme for 2004/05, and the proposed Safer Routes to School Programme for 2004/05.

7. LAND MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SERVICE (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a financial contribution from Hampshire County Council for the further development of the Land Management Information Service, and for the County Council to take up membership in Land Management Information Service Limited.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of the Bus Priority Policy document appended to the report.

9. AGENCY ARRANGEMENTS WITH DISTRICT COUNCILS

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval for the existing Agency arrangements with District Councils for specific functions as detailed, to continue for a period of three months or until such time these arrangements are superseded by new agreements, whichever is the sooner.

10. BRANCH: INTERREG IIIB PROJECT (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking authorisation to enter into a contract with English Nature, the lead partner of the Interreg IIB Branch Project, for the delivery of actions to benefit Hampshire County Council.

11. COUNTRY TOWNS INITIATIVE - HYTHE PROMENADE

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval to abandon the implementation of the highways and environmental improvement scheme for Hythe Promenade in its current form due to insufficient external funding, and that further consideration be given to future improvements to the Promenade.

12. INTRODUCTION OF PARKING CHARGES IN GOSPORT

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking that consent be given to Gosport Borough Council for the introduction of parking charges in off-street car parks controlled by the Borough Council.

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a Project Appraisal for the installation of various traffic management measures on the B3354 through Colden Common village.

14. PROJECT APPRAISAL: DENMEAD - PROPOSED TRAFFIC CALMING/PEDESTRIAN FACILITIES/TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a Project Appraisal for the installation of various traffic calming, pedestrian facilities and traffic management measures on Hambledon Road, Furzeley Road, Bunkers Hill and Southwick Road, Denmead.
