The following decision is sought:

That the Recreation and Heritage Annual Report 2003/04 be approved for circulation to all Members of the County Council, the Corporate Management Team, partners and interested parties, and all appropriate local authorities.

As part of the service planning process, and in support of Aim 5 of the Corporate Strategy (Improving Services) the Annual Report reviews the activities and key achievements of the Recreation and Heritage Department.
