The following decision is sought:

i) The report was noted and a decision on the proposals be deferred to a future meeting.

2.1 To ensure that proposals for the library development meet the needs of the service using available resources.

2.2 Development of a Discovery Centre supports Aim 1 (Maximising life opportunities) and Aim 5 (Improving Services) of the Corporate Strategy.
