1. Introduction
1.1 Pursuant to Part I, Chapter 6 of the County Council's Constitution, each Policy Review Committee is required to submit to the full Council meeting in September of each year a list of the current year's programme and a tentative list for the following year.
1.2 The draft Council report is therefore attached as an Appendix for approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the report be endorsed for inclusion in the County Council papers for the forthcoming meeting on 30 September 2004.
