1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

To consider the report of the Director of Environment providing an update on the progress regarding the changing arrangements made with respect to Development Control Services, Traffic Management Agencies, Grass and Shrub Maintenance Agreements and Design and Implementation Agreements.
6. PROGRESS UPDATE ON SCHEMES IN THE CAPITAL PROGRAMME (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment outlining the progress made on the 2004/05 Transport Capital Programme integrated transport schemes applicable to the Fareham area.
7. HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE AND MINOR CAPITAL WORKS PROGRAMMES 2004/05 (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment informing Members of the progress made on the 2004/05 Highway Maintenance and Minor Capital Works Programmes and an update on the 2004/05 Highway Maintenance budget. The report also discusses the Traffic Management Act 2004 and Asset Management.
8. FAREHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME 2004/05 (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Planning and Transportation, Fareham Borough Council on the traffic management programme for 2004/05 to be undertaken by Fareham Borough Council.
9. CASUALTY REDUCTION PROGRAMMES (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment outlining progress on the Casualty Reduction (Engineering) Programme and the Hampshire County Council and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Safety Camera Partnership.
10. TRAVEL PLAN PROGRAMMES (INCLUDING SAFER ROUTES TO SCHOOL) (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment providing a progress update on the workplace, school and personalised travel planning programmes and the Safer Routes to Schools programme for schemes within the Fareham area.
11. STREET LIGHTING REPORT - FAREHAM (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the current position of Street Lighting Maintenance, Column Replacement, the Community Safety Initiatives, and other local issues.
12. OTHER HIGHWAY RELATED PROGRAMMES (Report herewith)
To consider the report of the Director of Environment on the Regeneration of Older Urban Areas, Intelligent Transport Systems, Bridgeworks, Development Related Works and Recreational Cycling programmes.
13. DATE, TIME, AND VENUE FOR NEXT MEETINGS OF THE PANEL
It is proposed to hold the next meetings of the Panel on the following dates:
Wednesday, 9 March 2005; and Wednesday, 21 September 2005.
Both meetings will be held at 10.00 a.m. at Fareham Borough Council.
County Councillors attending as appointed Members of this Panel or by virtue of Standing Order 17.5; or with the concurrence of the Chairman in connection with their duties as Members of the Council as a local County Councillor qualify for travelling expenses.
