6. HFRA MEMBERS' ALLOWANCE SCHEME - SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITY ALLOWANCE MATTERS (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Clerk on various special responsibility allowance matters previously considered by the HFRA Independent Remuneration Panel on 10 September. This Committee are now asked to consider each of the matters and to make recommendations to the Fire Authority on 8 December, 2004. The notes of the Independent Remuneration Panel are included with this item.

To consider the report of the Clerk setting out a draft response to the proposals contained within this consultation paper.

8. PROPOSED CODE OF CONDUCT FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES (Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Clerk setting out comments against each of the proposals contained in this consultation paper and inviting any further comments members may wish to be forwarded to Government.
