2. In addition, the Committee had two Notices of Motion referred to them by the County Council for consideration, namely: Terrestial Trunked Radio (TETRA) Communication Masts and Litter on Trunk Roads. The Committee considered Tetra Masts at their meeting on 5 May 2004 and the outcome of their deliberations was reported to a meeting of the County Council on 20 May 2004. Litter on Trunk Roads was considered at the Committee's meeting on 30 June 2004 as part of the annual visit by the Highways Agency, the outcome of which was reported to a meeting of the County Council on 22 July 2004.
3. As part of the Committee's meeting on 3 March 2004, Members had the opportunity to look around a Sustainability Exhibition and talk to officers from the Environment Department about the various displays. Upon conclusion of the Committee's formal agenda business, the exhibition was open to a wider audience and was well participated.
4. In respect of future business, it was agreed at the Committee's meeting on 30 June 2004 that a small sub-group would be convened to consider the way forward for the longer term. In the meantime, the Committee plan to deal with the following items:

· Regional Spatial Strategy and Sub-Regional Strategies (subject to
regional timetable)
