Hampshire Fire and Rescue Authority

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN, VICE-CHAIRMEN AND NEW DEPUTY CHIEF OFFICER

The Authority has appointed Councillor M.F. Cartwright Chairman and Councillors P.A. Heath and R. Smith (Southampton) Vice-Chairmen until its Annual Meeting in 2005. Mr. Dave Curry, formerly of Surrey Fire and Rescue Service has been appointed Deputy Chief Officer for Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service. Subject to a satisfactory medical, Mr. Curry is due to take up his appointment within the next three months.
