To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing the draft Local

Transport Plan (LTP) guidance received from the Department for Transport (DfT),

the implications for Hampshire County Council and the recommended response to the

draft guidance.

WASTE DEVELOPMENT SCHEME FOR HAMPSHIRE COUNTY

COUNCIL AND PORTSMOUTH AND SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCILS

To consider a report of the Director of Environment setting out the Strategy to

address the existing issues concerning the management of minerals, waste and other

resources which has been developed in response to the County Council's Corporate

Strategy objective to produce a material resources strategy and land use plan for the

County, to be considered by the Executive Member for Spatial Strategy as a key

decision at his meeting on 12 October 2004.

arrangements and the continued programme of support from the County Council to
