1. COMMUNITY TRANSPORT VEHICLE GRANTS (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of the Community Transport Vehicles programme.

2. COUNTRY TOWNS INITIATIVE - HYTHE PROMENADE

                  (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval to review the highways and environmental improvement scheme for Hythe Promenade in order to reduce costs.

3. PROJECT APPRAISAL: NATIONAL CYCLE NETWORK - BASINGSTOKE TO ALTON AND ALRESFORD (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a project appraisal to deliver the National Cycle Network from Basingstoke to Alton and Alresford.

    (NB: This decision will be taken jointly with the Executive Member for Spatial Strategy)

4. PROJECT APPRAISAL: STAKES ROAD, PURBROOK - PROPOSED PUFFIN CROSSING (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a project appraisal for the installation of a Puffin crossing on Stakes Road, Havant subject to amendment of the capital programme at a subsequent meeting.

5. PROJECT APPRAISAL: TEMPLARS WAY/CASTLE LANE, CHANDLERS FORD, TRAFFIC SIGNAL PEDESTRIAN AND CYCLE FACILITIES (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a project appraisal for traffic signal pedestrian and cycle facilities at Templars Way and Castle Lane junction in Chandlers Ford and that sections of footway identified as `shared use' in Castle Lane, Knightwood Road and Raglan Close be converted to cycle tracks.

6. CONSENTS: FISHERMAN'S JETTY - STATUTORY DUTIES OF THE HARBOUR AUTHORITY (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Environment for conditional consent to be granted to River Hamble Harbour Authority for harbour works in the navigation of the River Hamble, permitting the Authority to build and install pontooning at Warsash to be known as `The Fisherman's Jetty', and that a previous decision to seek consents from the Regulatory Committee for the project be revoked.
