1. HAMPSHIRE MATERIAL RESOURCES STRATEGY: MINERALS AND WASTE DEVELOPMENT SCHEME FOR HAMPSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL AND PORTSMOUTH AND SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCILS (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking a decision by the Executive Member for Spatial Strategy to recommend that the Hampshire Material Resources: Minerals and Waste Development Scheme be approved for submission to the First Secretary of State, subject to Portsmouth and South City Councils' formal agreement to a joint scheme.

To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking a decision by the Executive Member for Spatial Strategy to recommend approval of a project appraisal to carry out improvements to Fleet Town Centre, subject to approval of the 2005/06 capital programme by the Executive Member for Environment in January 2005.
3. PROJECT APPRAISAL: NATIONAL CYCLE NETWORK - BASINGSTOKE TO ALTON AND ALRESFORD (Report herewith)
To consider a report of the Director of Environment and the Director of Recreation and Heritage seeking approval of a project appraisal to deliver the National Cycle Network from Basingstoke to Alton and Alresford.

4. PROJECT APPRAISAL: NORTH BADDESLEY-ROWNHAMS CYCLEWAY (Report herewith)
