That The Executive Member for Education advises the Executive Member for Policy and Resources that the project appraisal at East Hants Special School, Bordon at an estimated cost of up to £6.085m, excluding fees, be approved. |

To provide a purpose designed facility to replace inadequate accommodation and provide an opportunity to improve the educational environment for children with special educational needs in East Hampshire. |

This decision supports Aim 1 and 5 of the Corporate Strategy by providing improved facilities which will benefit all users of the school. |
