1 APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN

RESOLVED:

That Councillor Mrs Devereux be appointed Chairman for the meeting.

2 EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC

RESOLVED:

That, by virtue of Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Item 3.

3 LOCAL GOVERNMENT PENSION SCHEME APPEAL

The Panel considered the confidential report of the Treasurer to the Pension Fund and the submission by the appellant, Mr D. LeGros.

RESOLVED:

That the appeal be dismissed.
