1. HAMBLE YACHT SERVICES LIMITED: EXTENSION TO WORKING BERTHS - STATUTORY DUTIES OF THE HARBOUR AUTHORITY (Report herewith)


To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking a decision that conditional consent be granted to Hamble Yacht Services Limited for harbour works in the navigation of the River Hamble, permitting Hamble Yacht Services Limited to modernise, extend and relocate its pontooning.

2. REVENUE BUDGET MONITORING 2004/05 (Report herewith)


To consider a report of the County Treasurer and Director of Environment updating the revenue budget monitoring position previously reported in September 2004.

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of an application to join the ChangeLAB partnership, as detailed in the report.

4. PROJECT APPRAISAL: VALLEY PARK TO TOYNBEE SCHOOL CYCLE ROUTE - PHASE II (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval of a Project Appraisal for the Valley Park to Toynbee Cycle Route, and the conversion of a footway on the eastern side of Bournemouth Road to a footway/cycleway.

5. DISBANDMENT OF LIGHT RAPID TRANSIT DEVELOPMENT PANEL AND ESTABLISHMENT OF GOSPORT PENINSULA ACCESS PANEL

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment seeking approval to submit recommendations to full Council, namely to disband the Light Rapid Transit Development Panel and establish a Gosport Peninsula Access Panel.
