1. Summary

1.1. The following decision is sought.

That Councillors E.F. Gale, MBE and M.J. Woodhall be re-appointed as the County Council's representatives on the Hampshire Buildings Preservation Trust until the review of the membership of the Trust has been undertaken.

2. Reason

2.1. The period office for both Councillor M. J.Woodhall (Vice-Chairman of the Trust) and Councillor E. F.Gale, MBE expired on 31 October 2004. The membership of the Trust is under review by the Trust and pending the outcome of that it is considered that the County Council's existing representation should continue.

3. Other Options considered and Rejected - Not to make the appointment.
