1.1 |
The following decisions are sought: |

That approval be given to |
|
|
|
i) |
The disposal of 1.06 hectares (2.6 acres) at the former Worting Infant School, Old Kempshott Lane, Basingstoke, once it ceases to be used as part of the Chiltern Primary School; |
|
|
|
ii) |
Up to 100% of the net sale proceeds to be added to the Education Capital Programme for reinvestment in the Chiltern Primary School project; and |
|
|
|
iii) |
A further report to be brought forward once offers have been received following marketing of the site. |

To improve primary and early years education provision in the locality funded by the sale of a redundant property asset. |
