1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

All members who believe that they have a personal or personal prejudicial interest in any matter to be considered at the meeting must declare their personal interest and having regard to the circumstances described in paragraphs 9,10,11 and 12 of the County Council's Code of Conduct, consider whether to leave the meeting whilst the matter is being discussed. To consider a report of the County Education Officer providing information about youth work in the Gosport District managed by the Hampshire County Youth Service including the key youth work issues, current work and planned developments.

8. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT GRANTS 2004/05 (Report to be tabled)

To consider a report of the County Education Officer providing information on the project development grant applications received since last meeting of the Panel on 17 June 2004.
