1 Summary

1.1 This report lists acknowledgements and thanks from grant recipients and sets out a summary of the project development grant applications received since the last meeting of the panel on 17th June 2004. It recommends the Executive Member for Education allocate grants totalling £9,666.

1.2 Supporting the voluntary sector youth organisation through Project Development Grants supports Corporate Strategy Aim 1, Maximising life opportunities and Corporate Strategy Aim 4, Building strong and safe communities, as well as contributing to the Cabinet priority for Youth.

1 Acknowledgements

1.1 Members will be pleased to learn that letters of thanks in acknowledgement of grants or reports of trips undertaken have been received from: Drum Housing association, Fareham and Gosport Young Carers and Millennium Volunteers.

      They are tabled in the acknowledgements file and are available at the meeting for Members' information.
