1. Summary

1.1 The following decision is sought:

That the Executive Member for Recreation and Heritage agrees to the

future direction of the mobile library service as outlined in the report.

    

2. Reason

2.1   The mobile library service is in a time of transition. It is much appreciated by its current users but will need to change if it is to survive into the future. This Report supports Aim 5 of the Corporate Strategy (Improving Services)

3. Other Options Considered and Rejected.

3.1 None.
