Establishment of Free Access for County Sportspeople (F.A.C.S) in Hampshire

1. Summary

The following decision is sought:

    That subject to the results of the consultation process, the Free Access for County Sportspeople scheme (F.A.C.S) be established at a cost of approximately £2,500 which will be met from the Sports Development budget.

2. Reason

    The scheme aims to provide County level sportspeople limited free access to a number of the County's sport and leisure facilities at designated off-peak times for personal training and development in order that they can maximise life opportunities.

      · Not establishing the scheme.

      · Finding other sources of funding.
