1. Summary

1.1 The following decisions were taken:

(i) That the financial position be noted.

(ii) That the continuing action being taken to restrict the overspend as outlined in the attached report be endorsed.

(iii) That the proposal to use the underspend at Calshot Activities Centre to reduce the borrowing requirement be noted.

In making this decision it was noted that no organisation at this stage in the financial year had been denied funding sought.

Regular reporting of monitoring of Recreation and Heritage budget.
