1. Summary
1.1 The following decision is sought: That funding totalling £6,700 for project and Two For One partnership funding from financial year 2004/05, subject to the Director of Recreation and Heritage confirming availability of funding, and £21,800 for festival partnership funding from financial year 2005/06 be approved as follows:
1.2 The initial base budget for 2005/06 is £67,000 allocated as below though it may be increased with an inflation element. The 2005/06 budget is currently being planned. It is expected that funding will be available for the recommended Festival awards but that these will be conditional until the budget is approved.

2. Reason
2.1 To support small scale arts activities serving Hampshire people and to deliver the aims of the Corporate Strategy by maximising life opportunities particularly for young people through participation in high quality arts events.
