1. Social Care Budget 2005/06

Councillor A. G. Dowden to move:

This Council understands the severe pressures, both financial and in the demand for services, faced by Social Services and, recognising the adverse impact on vulnerable people in Hampshire if a lower budget were set, calls on the County Council to passport all (FSS) Formula Spending Share and specific grants increases to Social Services within the 2005/06 budget.
