Summary

1.1

The following decision is sought:

That the Executive Member for Education advises the Executive Member for Policy and Resources that the design project appraisal for the works at Bursledon CE Infant School, at an estimated cost of up to £877,000, excluding fees, be approved.

Reason(s)

2.1

To provide three permanent classroom spaces to replace existing temporary accommodation, plus resource space, hygiene room and ancillary space.

2.2

This decision supports Aim 1 and 5 of the Corporate Strategy by providing improved facilities which will benefit all users of the school.
