Additional funds required for part time temporary co-ordinator to assist in the transition of the NF Children & Families Information Sharing & Networking Group into the Children & Young Peoples CAN - please see previous successful application. Cost of appointment previously underestimated. 30 day consultancy required at approx £360 per day.

A similar initiative has been undertaken with regard to Older People's CAN, which was resourced by NFDC, with one of the Heads of Service coordinating the development of the Older People's Strategy and initial work on the need for a broader strategy for older people.
