19. APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL TO CONSIDER AN EXPLOSIVE LICENCE
The Committee is requested to appoint a Panel on a 3:2:1 basis to consider the application by Wallop Systems Defence Systems Limited to establish an explosives storage and manufacturing factory with powers to determine the matter.
