Reorganisation of special schools for children with learning difficulties in East Hampshire and the establishment of resourced provision at Mill Chase School
These linked proposals were approved by the SOC on 23 May 2003, conditional on planning consent being obtained. I can now confirm that planning consent for the new special school was granted in July 2004. I can also now confirm that planning consent is not required for the establishment of resourced provision at Mill Chase School as that will occupy existing accommodation at the school.
I would be grateful if you could advise the SOC and DfES that the conditions of the approvals have now been fulfilled.
