5. PROGRESS UPDATE ON SCHEMES IN THE CAPITAL PROGRAMME (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the progress made on transport schemes within the 2004/05 Capital Programme and 2005/06 Capital Programme schemes which have been approved for implementation within the East Hampshire area.

6. HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE PROGRAMMES 2004/05 AND 2005/06

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment informing Members of the progress made on the 2004/05 Highway Maintenance Programme and details of the 2004/05 Capital Minor Works Programme, the 2005/06 Highways Maintenance Programme and Budget and Capital Minor Works Programme for 2005/06. Members' preference is sought for the minor works schemes included in the 2005/06 Programme.

7. TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAMMES 2004/05 AND 2005/06

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the main programmes of traffic management work of Traffic Regulation Orders and signing and lining schemes and the Parish Partnership Programme in the East Hampshire area for 2004/05 and 2005/06

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment outlining the progress made on the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Safety Camera Partnership casualty reduction programmes for 2004/05 and into 2005/06.

9. TRAVEL PLAN PROGRAMMES (INCLUDING SAFER ROUTES TO SCHOOL) (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on a progress update on the workplace and school travel planning programmes and the Safer Routes to School programme for schemes within the East Hampshire area.

10. OTHER HIGHWAY RELATED PROGRAMMES (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment detailing the programmes for the Hampshire Villages Initiative, Intelligent Transport Systems, Bridgeworks, Development Related Works, Recreational Cycling and Street Lighting for the East Hampshire area.

11. PASSENGER TRANSPORT REPORT (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Environment on the work undertaken by the Passenger Transport Group on the Petersfield Taxibus and recently introduced new South West Trains timetable and the Cango Bus Services.

    Tuesday, 1 November 2005 at 10.00 a.m. in the Ante Room, Civic Offices, East Hampshire District Council.

County Councillors attending as appointed members of this panel or by virtue of

travelling expenses.
