7. PROPOSED INDEMNIFICATION OF MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES

To consider the report of the Clerk on a proposal that the Fire Authority adopt a form of indemnity for its Members and Officers.

8. CONSTITUTIONAL STATUS OF CORPORATE MANAGEMENT TEAM
(Report herewith)

To consider the report of the Clerk examining the constitutional status of the Authority's Corporate Management Team. (This item was requested by the HFRA at their meeting on 9.2.05).

9. FUTURE WORK OF THE COMMITTEE

To receive an oral update report by the Treasurer on progress concerning other issues identified by the Governance Committee on 25 October, 2004.
