1. At the May 2004 County Council meeting it was agreed that in future all items in the Forward Plan would be considered by the appropriate Policy Review Committee before consideration by the Cabinet or individual Executive Members. Key decisions on which the Buildings, Land and Procurement Panel currently advised the Leader would be excluded. This report presents for Members' consideration and information an item to be considered by the Executive Member for Environment on 22 March 2005.
2. The attached report summarises the draft 2005-10 Project Integra Annual Business Plan but also makes observations on how the Business Plan might be improved.
Recommendation
That the Committee be invited to consider this report and offer any comments which it believes the Executive Member should take into account in making his decision.
