1. The attached report considers revisions to the 2004/05 and 2005/06 Transport Capital Programmes. The proposed amendments reflect programme and cost variations on individual schemes. Amendments and additions to the Transport Capital Programmes need to be made regularly in order to maintain a forecast annual expenditure that is manageable, and flexible enough to ensure the target spending can be achieved.
2. The item will be considered by the Executive Member for Environment on 22 March 2005.
Recommendation
That the Committee be invited to consider this report and offer any comments which it believes the Executive Member should take into account in making his decision.
