To consider a joint report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services and the Director of Recreation and Heritage which seeks support for the carrying out of essential repairs to the buildings and structure at Grange Farm, for completing further detailed proposals to develop the site and continuing discussions with other potential funding partners.

8 CULTURAL PATH FINDER PROGRAMME (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the aims of the Cultural Pathfinder programme and the implications of the award for Hampshire County Council and the Recreation and Heritage Department.

9 LOCAL TRANSPORT PLAN 2005/06 - 2010/11: THE INTEGRATION OF COUNTRYSIDE ACCESS PLANS (Report herewith)

To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage which seeks support for the integration of the Countryside Access Plans into Local Transport Plans to ensure funding is made available to deliver compatible actions contained in the Countryside Access Plans.

    To consider a report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage on the `amh', the audience development agency for Hampshire, and proposals for the agency to set up an Audience Development South East programme to fulfill a wider regional role.

11 ARGOED LWYD MOUNTAIN CENTRE (Report herewith)

    To consider a report of the Director of Property, Business and Regulatory Services on the design project appraisal for the proposals at the Argoed Lwyd Mountain Centre.

12 BUDGET MONITORING 2004/05 (Report herewith)

    To consider a joint report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and the County Treasurer, which provides an update on the 2004/05 financial position.

13 CAPITAL PROGRAMME 2005/06 TO 2008/09 (Report herewith)

To consider a joint report of the Director of Recreation and Heritage and the County Treasurer on the proposed Capital Programme for 2005/06.
