1 Summary

1.1 The following decision is sought:

1.That the total allocation for Annual Revenue Grants 2005/06 be £115,080.

2. That approval be given to the Annual Revenue Grants 2005/06,to include the recommended changes made at the youth panel on 17 March 2005:-

ARG147 - The Source Café ARG 147 £3,000, amended to £5,000

ARG157 - Hampshire Federation of Young Farmers Clubs £15,000, amended to £16,000

ARG160 - Winchester Detached Youth Work Project £2,000, amended to £3,000

ARG161 - 14 - 25 Winchester Youth Counselling £4,600, amended to £5,000

ARG165 - Girls Brigade £300, amended to £600.

3.That the balance of £31,420 be added to the Project Development Grants 05/06 for

further allocation by the Youth Panel .

1.1 This decision supports Corporate Strategy Aim 1, Maximising life opportunities and Corporate Strategy Aim 4, Building strong and safe communities, as well as contributing to the Cabinet priority for Youth.
