1 Summary

1.1 The following decision is sought:

1 That sufficient progress has been made in implementing the Best Value Action Plan of the Education Welfare Service that no further reports are produced but there should be a further report on the implementation of the EOTAS Best Value Review.

2 Reason

This decision supports Aims 1, 5 and 4 of the Corporate Strategy by maximising life opportunities, improving services and building strong and safe communities by implementing the Action Plans of these Best Value Reviews

3 Other Options considered and rejected:

That a further report on the implementation of the Education Welfare Service Best Value Review be requested and that sufficient progress had been made on the EOTAS Best Value Review to write it off.
