1. Summary

1.1 The following decisions are sought:

· That a correction be made to the charge for home care (client contribution to non-residential services) previously agreed on 28 January 2005.

2. Reason

2.1 On 28 January 2005, the Social Care Executive Member approved a home care charge of £11.35 per hour as set out in the report. However, this recommended figure failed to take account of the need to charge in whole pence for half hour visits of care. It is therefore proposed to amend the charge to £11.36 per hour.
