1.1. The following decision is sought.

To appoint Councillor Mrs. A.M. McNair Scott as a member of the Council of Governors to the Frimley Park Hospital NHS Trust Unit until the annual meeting of the County Council in May 2005.

2. Reason

The Frimley Park Hospital NHS Trust has invited the County Council, as a valued partner and stakeholder organisation, to appoint a member to their Council of Governors.
